Took 25 mins to order because the staff does not care at all. The order was missing the fries. Sandwich not great. More hair was flying around over the grill and no one had a net or even bothered to tie it back. Now wait a minute! Never again.

My Daughter went to the one in South Euclid and place my order they were watching TV too much to get the order straight plus they were talking about the night before. My sandwich was completely wrong plus my daughter was looking at them talking about what they’re going to do tonight the print out was right but the sandwich was wrong so I went back to PS and explained about my sandwich being wrong the man that was making the sandwich said I made a mistake gave him the printout it was right on the printout I also advise him that I did not like the way he treated my daughter ask to speak to the manager the manager that was on duty was the one that got smart with me JORDAN so you don’t have to worry about me going there anymore I ask to speak to someone in charge and he said that there is no one I can talk to very rude, nasty.

Walked in, was told to go down to the end of the counter to pick up. Got my order after standing there for a few minutes while the employees just looked at me. I was given my 2 subs, but wasn’t given my pizza sauce. I went back inside to get it, and was handed a container with sauce in it, as the employee said “here you close it.” I will not be going back here!

The manager was some little young girl who was very rude and nasty. She was training a girl who she was teaching bad habits. The girl training wasn’t wearing gloves, handling money and touching the food. The manager had a problem with replacing food that was touched by bare hands. She was very ghetto. I don’t know how she was anyone’s manager. She needs some training on customer service or a other job!
