I got a Reuben sub and a cheesesteak and both were very tasty. I was kind of annoyed because I tried ordering online 40 minutes before close and it wouldn’t let me. I then tried calling and they said they don’t take phone orders within a half hour of closing time. Note that their reply ignored both of these issues.

If I could give this no stars, I would. My husband went into the Cleveland location on vista way earlier this afternoon. He got the his sub with uncooked chicken. Completely raw and UNCOOKED. Frustrated, we called this location, and the manager didn’t have any answers so she transferred me to the general manager, Shay. Shay was very rude and had zero customer service. Her response to me was “unfortunately it was overlooked” no genuine apology was given. I am hoping for no sickness or food poisoning. But this was the absolute worst experience I’ve had. Would never go back to any Penn Station after this.

I ordered my food there and still received someone else’s order even though they called my name. My son received his sandwich so I just took it as a lost and Ill think twice before returning. The time before this the oil wasn’t getting hot so I had to cook my fries at home. I finally understand why parents say there’s food at home! Lol

We walked in and were promptly greeted with “Name?” We explained we were not ready, but our name was still demanded. We obliged, and placed our order for subs. After which, we were asked if we wanted a “fresh cut.” Extremely perplexed, by this seemingly random question, we realized she was trying to ask us if wanted fries and agreed. Clearly, we didn’t know Penn Station very well, and didn’t know the lingo. Given the slow service, the crass attitude, and the okay food, we don’t have any reason to give it another try.

Order was half correct no mayo no lettuce just a dry sandwich then my other sandwiches that was correct was made poorly I asked for banana peppers on a cheesesteak I had so many on my sandwich one bite and I instantly regretted it my whole sandwich tasted like nothing but banana peppers even after removing them then my fries were cold and the other sandwich was made poorly but my boyfriend didn’t complain just said they won’t get him again smh we spent our money on food waited patiently and still got ripped off should have just went to the grocery store

This place is very rude. Waited 20 minutes for an order and got screamed at about it. Went home with incorrect orders (sub has absolutely nothing on it) and soggy fries. You can see the amount of grease in the photos below. Won’t be returning.

I watched a girl behind the counter sweep up the floor with a broom and dustpan wearing plastic gloves. Then proceeded to assemble food without changing her gloves. That’s gross and I will never be back.
