First and foremost walking into the establishment you were greeted by all the workers with super super cheer and true motivation to help all customers and especially within a decent time. Amber the new GM literally went out of her way to make sure me and my Mother were happy with everything, even gave us both a complimentary cookie due to a minor error leaving out the extra fry order we had ordered. Really well ran clean and drama free establishment where the customer actually feels like they come first! Will definitely be going back and for sure recommend!! Thank you again Amber!!

We had a terrible experience at Penn Station Subs in Sandusky Ohio. One of our two subs was made incorrectly but we didn’t notice until after getting back to the hotel. This prompted a return trip to get the correct ingredients.

Best fries EVER–perfectly crispy! I tried the chicken salad sub for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The meal paired great with iced tea. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again–especially want to sit on their outdoor patio once it’s warm!

the worst food experience i’ve ever had. ordered online and was immediately charged by the restaurant. when i got there to pick up the order, i was told they had no record of an order for me. i showed them where the charge posted to my card, and the employee told me they have issues with the system all the time. she said a lot of people get charged but the order never makes it to the restaurant.. so maybe fix your systems. then after reordering in person and waiting another 20 minutes, i get home to find my order was completely wrong. the sub was missing more than half of the ingredients. so i was charged twice for food i didn’t even end up eating. safe to say i will never be revisiting penn station.
