Never been to a Penn Station before. The French fries are fresh cut and cooked to perfection. The sandwiches were really good too! Since there are no locations where we live, we will definitely be back when we come back to Ohio.

Consistently decent sandwiches and hot fries… quick tip: open your fry bag so they are more crispy (because they come out hot and the steam makes them soggy). Arty sund are da best.

I really do love Penn Station. I have been going to the different stores for so many years. I don’t think I have had a complaint at any of them.

I could give a zero star if possible. They don’t pay attention to order details and makes unnecessary mistakes. You call the store to complain and they pretend they can’t even hear you. Keep putting different people on the phone to explain the situation and denies their incompetent mistakes. I took the order back for remake. Horrible workers I added a picture here , who sees mushrooms in this order, absolutely no mushrooms and the guy(manager) claims he made the order himself and there was mushrooms. What shameless nerves

We have gotten Penn Station alot here lately and am never disappointed. The food is so good, the employees are kind and the prices are fair for what you get. I used to get the chicken parm but have been getting the club melt/grilled club the last few months and I’m obsessed.

Horrible! Place was dirty, but yes they were busy. I ordered extra meat and extra cheese onions and mushrooms. Can’t find hardly any of the onions and mushrooms, but didn’t even feel like it was regular portion of meat and cheese. The sandwiches were an absolute mess in the wrappers. Will drive 5 extra miles before going there again

We hadn’t had Penn Station in years. Though it would be a nice change. I was wrong. The man taking the orders was great. The 2 men in back (one in particular) was not professional at all. He kept saying how this places sucked and how much he hated it and he was leaving but still had 2 more hours of he#! to deal with. Mind you the lobby was full of paying guests. Our food was less then desirable my veggies were a nasty mess and there was not much flavor over all. Won’t be back and will continue to make them at home.
