First time visiting Penn Station East Coast and it was fantastic!! The turkey, bacon ranch sandwich was delicious!! I highly recommend this place for a great meal. You even get a cookie with the meal you order.

Our online order was lost in the system somehow and when we arrived they showed no order for us. When I was able to show the confirmation email for our order at that location, the manager had the staff make our order even though had already shut down the grill right at closing and they all still took great care of us and provided excellent customer service ! I ordered a chicken teriyaki add bacon and mayo. For the second time in a row there was no bacon! I wouldn’t mind if they didn’t charge extra for it but if I have to pay for it, I expect to get what I paid for. I guess I should check my order before I leave.

I’ve been in the pickup/drive thru line for 30 minutes. Only 2 cars ahead of me. My pickup time was 30 minutes ago. Have seen many customers park and go in and have come out and I’m still sitting here. This is the second time this has happened at this location and the sandwich is always soggy and cold. I don’t know what’s going on but you need to fix your pickup window big time.

The chicken teriyaki looked like beef it was so saturated. We were shorted a fry and the fries we did have weren’t good. The Italian was good. I had a regular size Cheesesteak and it was alright but it wasn’t very big. It’s to expensive for what it is. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious.
