The food is fine, but seriously how do you even get out of there, like you have one lane to pull into the main parking lot, but the only lane out is out the drivethrough line, also they messed up my order but idc, never going there again because of how dumb the way in and out is. Also some weird stuff was going on in the parking lot. Feel really dumb about getting out of there.

The lemonade had a slightly putrid taste, so I asked the manager, little short guy with the beard, to taste the lemonade. I was promptly dismissed. Got my fries and it was a medium size handful of crumbs. This is the second time I received bad service at this location. I can take a hint, little guy.

Ordered two grilled Italian 12″ and one medium fry total was over $30. Got to say very pricey at $13 a sub but all-in-all was very tasty and very good. The employees there are very nice and accommodating.

Finally a good sandwich… Right amount of meat and seasoning and well cooked, packaged, and served. The downtown Cinci location is dirty, less organized, and really not a good experience – plenty of chances to improve but always fell short so no longer go. Big differences among locations which should not be the case among franchises

Long time customer and as always they get it done better than most. I’ve said it before about this store. Attention to details. Food is always made correctly, Hot and good. They get it and get it right. Glad I don’t live far from them. When I go to a friend’s they always ask to stop at that store and bring them their order. Then I drive past three other PS’s to bring it to them. They prefer this store even with the drive I make. But I go ready with a hot pack in a cooler works great. Wish I could eat it more! Great Job guys keep it up!
