My son (15) ask me to pickup fast good on the way home I told him we can split Pen Station as he’s never had it. I ordered a large Rubin with Swiss on half as I’m now allergic to dairy & large fry. Got home and the cheese side was noticeable larger, bummer. Split the fries, sat down, took a bite & bam! Bread, sauerkuaut, 1000 island & almost no meat! (See photo).

Great food as always. Be sure to order the monthly special, cuz if you don’t specify it, they’ll charge you separate prices for the same items. Ended up costing me over $5 more for the 3 regular size items, cuz I didn’t do so. I guess that shows what a great deal the monthly special is, but sux to feel like I got taken advantage of. Anyway, always awesome ultra-fresh fries!! Love the malt vinegar being available for the fries. My favorite sandwiches are the Italian, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and Philly Cheese Steak. Never had an order go wrong when asking for customizations.

Grilled teriyaki isn’t like this at all.. I’m not sure if they forgot to add the teriyaki sauce i have no idea; my first bad experience with penn station but this location today really made my sub really really bad.. was really sour and flavorless, I couldn’t finish it.

Ordered a “Large” cheese steak. Gentleman handed me my order and I jokingly asked if they forgot the sandwich? He asked what? I said it doesn’t feel like there is anything in the bag, he said that would be those guys and pointed to the grill operator. I stood there and asked if this is what I should expect for a $12 sandwich? He didn’t respond, only shrugged his shoulders. Last time I spent my dollars here! Literally no meat on my sandwich! Sandwich was good, service was a little slow but we did come at the very end of the night. But Penn station really needs to up the Meat on the philly, I get mine plain And even with the “extra oz of meat” it’s still mostly bread unfortunately but it’s still good. You know what your getting when you come so I’m not telling anyone anything new. Wouldn’t mind the price as much if there was a bit more meat on it. I changed my rating because of Penn stations reply, I did NOT enjoy my meal that well. You need more meat on your sandwich. Don’t reply and act like I gave you a freaking perfect review. You sandwich was skimpy and the service was slow. How is that a review that warrants “glad you enjoyed your meal!” As a response? Add more meat! Add more meat! Respond to that… corporate pigs.
