The service was on point. The restaurant was clean and presentable. It was pretty busy but luckily they had plenty of employees to keep the food rolling out the door. We ate in and they brought the food to our table. It was presented in a very nice way. It was fresh and made exactly to our request.

Speedy service, decent sandwiches if a bit too greasy, great fries and a clean environment. Also, kinda expensive. Not sure when that happened exactly but you do notice the higher prices on all items.

Asked for extra mayo, and they barely put any on my sandwich(very dry sandwich tasted like I was eating a bread sandwich)Also they didn’t fill my sandwich with meat. Ruined my experience with PS. I will no longer go to this location ever again.

I have been coming to this Penn Station since I can remember. Today was a new experience. I ordered online and went to go pick it up. I asked if it was already made because I forgot to say no honey mustard. No worries, it was already made anyways, it wasn’t a big deal. I added a drink and fry on my order when I was there and it took them a long time to make my fries. I might as well have just came in to order instead of online because everyone was getting their orders with fries without any hesitation. Like 6 people had gotten their food before my fries were done and I had stood in line to wait for them too so technically I should have gotten mine before them. When they were about done, the lady said that she is still waiting on my fries and a second later she gave them to me and said that they were super hot because they were right out the fryer. I eat some as soon as I close my car door and there was no hesitation to eat them meaning they were not as hot as if they had just got out the fryer. I get home and my tomatoes were just sitting on top of the sandwich as if they had forgot to put them on there at first. Two stars because the food is undeniably good, really bad experience, but at least they put my extra meat on there like I paid for

They’re okay. My boyfriend spent about $50 not totally worth it. They aren’t the same as I remember them, taste wise. I always get the chicken parmesan sub, this time it was dry and I was sad. Friendly/helpful staff though!
