I love penn station but when I find a hair in my food and want a credit, just to get told if I don’t come back I can’t get it. That’s poor customer service. Something needs to happen because I just wasted $35. Also the manager that took my call at 7:20 pm on 12-17-22 was really rude

I normally love Penn Station but not this time. I found a hair in my food and when I called they said I could get a refund. I went in and was told they would remake it but since I didn’t have the sandwich anymore they couldn’t do anything. Definitely don’t want another sandwich, I wanted a refund. I wasn’t told to keep the haired sandwich in order to receive a new one or anything, just to come back since I had already gone back home.

They charge to substitute bacon for other meat, yet do not charge to substitute in other meat. $1.75 each sandwich to add bacon to a sub and a wrap. ONE slice of bacon on the wrap. Two slices on the sub. Ridiculous!

Friendly staff. The restaurant is pretty clean, everything look like been wipe down often. Sometimes you got overcooked fries but that’s doesn’t hurt me, I still like them. One of the best fast food join in Delhi to my opinion.

I Love the courtesy here. I don’t mind waiting. Because I like to order as I come in. I guess there use to making food faster. Cause I haven’t been her l long. But to have the manager come ask me if I want a drink or a cookie for the wait. I kindly said No thank you. Fries were added to my order. Which is awesome! Now that is Grade A service. This is the best Penn Station around Cincinnati! Their food is always fresh, hot and tasty! We eat here about once every 2 weeks for lunch, and it always hits the mark. I love their chicken philly and also their pizza sub. Carlos the owner is a great guy. Definitely a top 3 place to eat in Delhi. Check it out if you have not already.

The manager Carlos kicked us out because we were “too distracting”, while sitting quietly and waiting for our other friend to arrive. We wearing appropriate clothing and there should have been no reason to be kicked out. The two stars is only for the other great workers and food but the manager was rude.
