I asked for extra onion and got none, and asked for marinara sauce and got massive amounts of mayo! Fries were fresh, but had no dang salt! I knew I should’ve just gotten some Jimmy John’s, or Subway! I’ve been here a few times before, and the food was amazing, I just don’t understand!

The store seem to run by very young adults. I observed the crew while they were working. The fry station had fries all over the top fry bin. I asked if the fries were hot. I was told they were hot caused they were under the heat lamp. I received my food and temp of the fries were cold. I asked fresh fries. I saw a batch of fries cooking but when they were done, i didn’t get my fries. Another batch came up, I watched the young man scoop up the fries and he put them in my bag. The felt hot. Got home the fries were cold and old. I only live 5 minutes from the restaurant. I prepare my plates to eat, unwrapped the sandwiches, they were soo messy. It was like they put all the juice from the steak and veggies juice was placed on the bread with made it soggy. It was really a mess. This is one of our favorite penn station but after this experience we won’t be returning to this store.

I got a chicken by teriyaki. It was so overcooked there was no taste. I normally ask for sandwich to be wet but I never felt the need to @ Crookshank. The sandwich was bone dry, and no taste.

Didn’t get what we ordered the fries were old and cold and the place was a mess and then when I asked to find out where the other order of fries was she said hold on and never came back. Well not be going back to pay 48 dollar for 2 lunches.
