I placed my order ahead online, which was an easy process, especially with customizing my subs. Friendly staff had the order ready on time, other than the fries. That’s not a bad thing because they dropped the fries when I got there so they would be at their freshest, which I greatly appreciate. I’ve never been disappointed with the food here.

Husband picked up a carryout order, ordered large fries and a couple of sandwiches. Sandwiches were fine, but they really screwed up the fries. Container was either small or possibly medium. Pay attention better next time.

Website gave me a free sub. When I tried to use it, I thought it worked but it didn’t. Website does not show you your full receipt till after you pay. When I picked it up Taylor said there was nothing that could be done, basically applied your problem not mine. Pretty poor customer service. She rolled her eyes and smirked while looking at one of her co-workers. Made me feel stupid

Me and my mom use to come here all the time. I have been going a different route home lately. But, today something told me to check them out again .. Sure enough I’m glad I did.. The same guy Randy was still there . Randy always have a smile on his face and he is always laughing. He took really good care of me and my mom sandwich. Came in for lunch, not busy at all. The staff was friendly and you can tell they care about food quality, it was very good. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired though. Bathroom was totally disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The floors were sticky and greasy, the beverage area had fruit flies, we had to move tables because fruit flies surrounded us and tables and chairs were not wiped clean. Really hoping we don’t get sick from eating here, I love Penn Station but I won’t go back to this location.

The seasoning that they put on the meat is absolutely TERRIBLE. It’s so salty, it makes everything taste like really bad salty beef jerky. It’s actually pretty good without the “seasoning”. But if you ask for no seasoning, they will put extra seasoning on just to mess with you. They have screwed me over several times like this. If you want to stay in business, please stop with that awful seasoning.
