This is by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Not just once, but 3 times. 2 incorrect sandwiches and one that was cold when it should have been hot. The establishment is very dirty and if you wear sandles or loose shoes your feet will come out of them because they stick to the floor. Customer service here is nonexistent. They will blame you for an incorrect order. In one case they manager told me they haven’t made my incorrect sandwich all day!? All the bad reviews are absolutely correct and the only good one is the owner or an employee. I would rather starve to death or eat from a dumpster than visit this location ever again. Steer clear from this Penn Station. If you want to waste your money just burn it instead of purchasing anything from this establishment.

Worst customer service ever. Place a pick up order with doordash while we were in church. Store is closed I guess due to call offs but they accepted the doordash order anyway. Came to get my food to find the doors locked and there are three workers in there one of which is the owner Andre powell. My sister also wanted to play some order but they refused. They did end up making my food since I had already been paid for but my sister had to go to another location off of East Temple road. The owner was Extremely rude hanging up the phone on us and then eventually took the phone off the hook so that door dash could not even get a hold of them. I will never order from this location again and I will be calling corporate office and filing a complaint. Fries were raw also.

Tried yet again to eat here, don’t waste your time. Always something wrong, every single time. Today their computers were down so they can’t make anything, how about turn the open sign off? Or at least get high out back rather than immediately in front of the store. Even if you manage to get food it’s nearly guaranteed to be wrong somehow, or dead cold, or the fries aren’t done. I live right down the street and love Penn Station, but I have to give up on this one, and I guess ever bringing it home for dinner again. What a waste.

Absolutely ridiculous! Wanted a chicken Philly but they ran out of chicken. So I got steak. The steak was like burnt rubber bands tasteless burnt and they gave me tiny mayo packets instead of putting it on the actual sub. Wasn’t hot. Just horrible nothing short of horrible

Don’t even waste your time here. Read the reviews. The owner replies to comments and does nothing. Corporate office only puts you in contact with said owner/ partner. As you guess, nothing is done about it. No follow up calls. Money laundering this business is.

Waiting for my food right now. The manager in charge has been nothing but awful. Cursing at customers to get out when all they tried to do was order food 20 minutes before 8 saying they are “closed”. Worst of all he has been treating his employees terribly. This one young kid on the line doing the job of three. All he has done is eat food in front of everybody and be incredibly rude instead of helping his staff. They got a customers name wrong and blamed them for not knowing when his order was up. I have been here for about half an hour and everybody else has been normal respectful people expect for the man in charge. So confusing how he is in that position.

Spent over an hour waiting for food ended up leaving as they lost over 8.peoples tickets throughout the hour we were there. Owner is terrible mannerisms to customers and employees alike. They didn’t refund anyone’s money he wanted to give a credit (just for the same experience tomorrow)? Employees walked out on the owner because he was blaming them for his mess ups etc. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend
