One of my friends is from Cincinatti and she always raves about the subs here. I finally had the chance to try it out for lunch. I ordered a small cheesesteak with fries and it was amazingly good! I wish I had ordered a bigger portion to go. I highly recommended going here and this might be my favorite sub place going forward.

I got a large cheese steak sandwich with the intention of eating half of it and bringing the other half home. It was so unbelievably good that I ate it all. The staff was very nice and courteous and the restaurant was clean. They brought my food out to me very quickly. Awesome experience. You have to go try one of those sandwiches.

Manager with green hair had dogs or cats hair all over her shirt and cooking. Dirty clothes and no hair nets. Managements needs to pay more attention to small details and the hygiene of their employees.

Needs to call into door dash merchant support. Got a sandwich from them and it came without toppings. Even when I’d entered the toppings correctly on door dash. Heather told me that happens all the time and it wasn’t their problem. Extremely rude and clearly didn’t care about anything i had to say. Called door dash and they said it was the responsibility of the merchant to make sure their orders are set up correctly with them. Which makes sense. Please fix this. I tried to put this through on the penn station sumbit feedback but it was unclear which location this is.

The food is good, as usual. This rating is only one star because Penn Station recently removed their ketchup pump and replaced it with individual ketchup packets. We are frequent customers of this and other PS locations, and at every one, the ketchup packets are covered with sticky ketchup residue. PS needs to bring the pump back or wash and rinse the packets before putting them out for customers.
