We stopped here for lunch, my husband never has any complaints at this location, but I normally do. Today was the final straw, you all are dead wrong for making my chicken wrap with this old tortilla after having me wait forever. My wrap was not edible at all. Every part of the wrap was hard &’it had no sauce. Do better with the wraps like you do sandwiches. And because it was so busy (which wasn’t a real issue for me), I didn’t even have the energy to take it back up there. **Also please be clear, this wrap was never bit into, it literally crumbled apart when I unwrapped it. It was cut in half and that made it look like bite marks.

Was picking up a DoorDash and I was sitting in the store for over 30 minutes for the DoorDash to be just already be done. They didn’t say the orders done or anything or bring the food up to me so I’m wasting time and customer money because I’m working just like them they inconsiderate and unprofessional. I don’t even eat penstation because they unsanitary and need to tie their hair up anyways and not put the sandwiches on ther arm to the point it touches they apple watches. we stopped in for subs. We asked for drinks and one of the girls behind the counter rudly pointed down to the cashier and said down there. We paid for our food and didn’t get drinks. When I looked at the receipt they didn’t even get it on the order Extremely bad customer service. The food was good but probably wont ever go back.

Just ordered online about 45 minutes ago, went to pick up and it was ready to go quick, the food and service at this restaurant should be used as a great example of how to achieve customer satisfaction at all times for all restaurants, food was hot, fresh and they never skimp on the ingredients.
