The staff was rude and sitting on the food ordering counter! The sandwich was poorly constructed (thrown together) and the bread was hard! The French fries were not hot and couldn’t really be called French FRIES they were tiny pieces that looked like they were from the bottom of the basket. There were no paper towels in the ladies room. They were mopping the floors with a very sloppy wet mop. The floor was so wet that my mother who walks with a cane found her cane slipping.

Well the staff got better. Whole new management. The store is cleaner. But I went in and got my usual order and got some reason my pizza sub had honey mustard slathered all over it. This was done by one of the managers (red shirt). Like the good is the one thing you should do well and this store can’t.

Extremely disappointing. Went in today to order two subs (one with specific condiments), two fries and two cookies. The cashier asked me twice about the condiments on the sandwich, and even after telling them twice, they still messed up the sandwich. We asked for two cookies, but they instead gave us two drinks which we didn’t ask for and were charged for. When we got home, the sandwiches (besides the one made incorrectly) were so greasy that it had soaked through the wrapper, the bag, and upon opening the wrapper it made a huge mess. We just threw everything away. Super disappointing situation to say the least, especially when you are paying $30 for food that you can easily get at other local spots for less.
