Good clean store greated as I opened door by smiles and a warm welcome , very patience cashier not pushy or in a hurry respected my time to chose off menu. When I was ready she was too. Great job food came out looking good a nd hot and it lived up to its looks.cooks did very good job. Over all great stop, price was little more then I expected 2 regular subs and ones mall fry a medium lemonade and a large one was 32.00 dollars and some change its good. I guess got to charge more at work to keep up with the system even though don’t Make any since they charge more I charge more the only things out of thiss more paperwork .so keep raising prices so we all can do more paperwork . Penn Station is my go to sub sandwich restaurant. I normally go to the brownsburg location but was driving past here on my way home. I called in my order when we were 5 minutes away because they are usually pretty fast. They told me a 15-20 minute wait. When we get there, all 4 employees are sitting on their phones with no customers and no one is making sandwiches. I tell them i’m here for a pick up order to which they tell me oh yeah, we haven’t started making that yet… We got 3 9in sandwiches and every single one was tiny and $10 each(pictures attatched). We also ordered 2 large fries and i watched the employees put already made fries back into the fryer for a few seconds before bagging them. They were hard and disgusting. When I called the store to recieve money back they told me they can put me on a credit list for 1 free sandwich. I informed them all 3 sandwiches were tiny and was told all the bread comes in the same size. Eventually they told me I’d be put on a list for 3 credit sandwiches. However I’d rather have my money back and not have to come back to this location. The bathrooms are also disgusting and both toilets were clogged.

This is honestly the most terrible store I know. I have been here multiple times. It is the same. I’ll have to wait 30 mins for an order. The staff are too slow. Just one person on the grill others are just confused. Very terrible
