Service was on time and friendly. The steak sandwich and the artichoke sandwich were very good. The problem was the “Dagwood”. I ordered it with lettuce, tomato, peppers, and Swiss cheese. It had none of those. Just meat, and not much of it. From the outside it looked like a small loaf of bread.

I came in at 9:30, and they close at 10, because my daughter had just gotten off work and was hungry. The three young people working named Zack, Jenna, and Romeo (sorry if I spelled it wrong, phonetically Rome MAY oh), were amazing. Not only did they do a phenomenal job, they were very friendly and courteous the whole time I was inside. The sandwiches didn’t take long to make, but Romeo still apologized for the wait. I almost expected surliness and a mediocre effort due to it being so close to closing time. I was very pleasantly surprised by the job they did, and their demeanors. I will definitely be coming back to this location, thanks to these 3 young people. They should definitely be held as the standard for the rest of your employees.

Great place right off of US-31 in Southport. The subs are made fresh with great ingredients, the fries are peeled fresh, the lemonade is fresh, I can go on and on. Philly Cheese Steak was fantastic, Chicken Teriyaki sub was fantastic as well. The Chicken Parm was just as good. Find it hard to believe anyone could go wrong coming here. Hope you do!

Excellent service. The cheesesteak sub I ordered didn’t taste good at all. I ordered with mayo. Grease, or something was dripping from it when I picked it up. The fries and cookie were good.

I placed an order through the google online website and when I arrived to pick up my order, I was told that they had no records of my order although the money had been taken out of my account immediately. I spoke with a young man who explained that they had been having issues with the online ordering and since he showed no record of my order coming through on their end, he couldn’t fulfill my order and the money would be returned to my card in 5 business days. Well I did not feel that was acceptable and insisted that we come to another conclusion. The young man made a phone call and then gave me my order. I really appreciate that young man fulfilling my order. On the other hand, google/Penn Station needs to get it together.

I really love the subs from Penn Station, like the pizza sub, steak and cheese, and the Italian. Now, this specific location is located in a rough parking lot. It’s littered in pot holes and has some of the worst diverging I’ve seen. Other than that, I have no complaints, except they removed the option to add sausage to the pizza sub. That alone costs them one star.
