The staff has always been polite and very kind. They make food correct, and I’ve never had an issue with them getting an order wrong. The only reason they got 4 and not 5 stars is it can get a little expensive, but darn good food for sure!

Worst Management ever subs were horrible was told to bring the sub back otherwise they wouldn’t replace it save the sub wanted to return to the next day I was told I didn’t have to but now I have to have the subs to get my food replaced so worse store ever East Washington store sucks and. Manger is rude. Go to the 10th and Shadeland store better service and better food.

It was made fresh and came out hot which is more than a lot of places. It was fast and the service was good. I like to switch it up from the cold sandwich places and come here sometimes. I always get the steak and cheese with fries. I like the vinigar for the fries they have here.
