I got to the DuPont Penn Station with only 8 minutes to close. The staff didn’t complain and welcomed me to enjoy my meal in the dining area. They even offered a broken cookie that they could not sell. The sandwich, fries, and lemonade with free refills really hit the spot! Two hours later and I still feel full. Great meal and thank you Katherine for your kindness.

Ordered many times trying to get the order right and they never did. Order extra meat never receive. They don’t ever answer their phones when you call. We grew up on Penn Station in Cincinnati Ohio and it’s a shame this place is the worst restaurant we have experienced ever. Don’t ever eat here cuz they won’t get your order right and if you try to call they won’t answer the phone. They truly are the worst!

NOT GOOD. SKIMPY AND OVERPRICED! 2 large subs a drink and fries were almost $40. The food did not taste good either. Will not be eating there again.

I came here with high expectations I have heard a lot of good things about pen station. Upon arrival the atmosphere was great, I got in line expecting to get fries it was the only reason I came and they had no fries. It went from a 5 to a 3. Then I got my sandwich and they did not put anything on it and did not even ask me. And to top it all off the sandwich was small. Over all 1 out of 10. I will now go across the street to 5 guys to get some fries.
