Penn station of stellhorn would be better served, when they decide to close an hour before posted operating hours, to turn off the “Penn Station OPEN” lighted sign in the window instead of getting customers’ hopes up only to be dashed on the rocks when the minimum wage employees can only shake their head sadly and shrug when I tap on the window

Philly cheese steak is always good here. Ample fries in a medium order. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. One kid had hair in his face to the point I don’t know how he could see anything. Today’s labor pool ??????

Went in Kyle, Haley, and TJ, the manager was working. Haley recommended their cheese bread after I inquired about it. She said that whenever she makes it at home that she adds mayonnaise, I asked them if they could do that for me, and they did. It was the most delicious side ever. The subs were amazing as well, my mom said she’s never had a better ham and cheese. I’ve been coming here for years, but tonight truly took the case.

Shout out to Sabrina and the rest of the crew today; quickly and pleasantly getting our food made and served with a minimal crew during a busy time. As with any restaurant I’m sure there are times when service may be less than desired but sometimes a nice word is all they may need to step up their game. People are quick to complain, but not as quick to say “good job!”

Every time I visit this location, I am always impressed by how hard-working and nice the team is! I often see the same manager (?) working and he always seems super focused on helping his team through the lunch/dinner rush. My most recent visit (4/5), there were only two people working – and they did a great job handling the rush at hand. Having worked fast food before, I understand! I only ever place online orders, which saves me from the wait time in-store (highly recommend). The only thing missing that I wish Penn Station had is a rewards system 🙂

My husband and I stopped by here on Mother’s Day and we were glad that we did. I had forgotten how delicious their subs are. The staff were very friendly and kind. The young lady at the cashier even wished me a Happy Mother’s Day and it made me smile.

Placed an online order to be ready at 820. Walked in at 825 for me to be last in line of the orders. Food is good like it always is, but what’s the point of placing an order online for a pick up at 820 when I didn’t even receive it until after 840 almost 850? Absolutely ridiculous!

Every time I come in this location it’s always another excuse of shortage of workers.. carryout only… if I wanted carryout I would of cooked at home or ordered online.. pure laziness every single time.. how much extra work could it possibly be for me to sit down and enjoy my food for 10 minutes outa 30 tables? I see 3-5 workers every single time so clearly it’s an excuse that needs to be stop being used and better managed .. unacceptable when it happens 3 outa my last 4 times of coming in.. I used to enjoy coming in, sitting down and enjoying a nice sandwich but now it seems like it’s a waste of time to even stop by this location anymore. Truly disappointing
