Incredibly rude staff on Dupont Road! It’s just a bunch of rude employees that talk inappropriately to one another. You always hear interesting conversations on how they hate working there, or talking about other employees. Very bad attitudes and bad service all around. I remember actually going to the restuarant and the food was actually good!!!

Incredibly rude employees that don’t listen and then give enormous attitude when you ask them to fix your order. Couldn’t get out of this store fast enough. The food is not worth dealing with this stressful atmosphere.

Good grilled subs served hot to your table. Friendly staff. The fries are good and made fresh in store. Can be a little pricey, but quality is good. There is a variety of sandwiches you can get, and always customize your order. The square cookies are pretty amazing. Staff can sometimes be sparse and sporadic, but patience is appreciated by everyone. They do a good job of getting your name to come find you in the dining room.

Used to like coming here. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch. Had about 1 oz of turkey, 1 piece of bacon. Tasted good but terrible value for the money. Fries were not crispy, just greasy. Shame.

I shouldn’t even give one star. I ordered food through GrubHub. A sandwich and a “snack size” for my pregnant wife. She ultimately didn’t want to eat, so we never opened the sandwiches. Once I got the house situated, I go to enjoy my Italian Sub. To my dismay, there’s NO FOOD in my bag. The employees (I assume,) rolled up a bunch of Penn station paper to resemble sandwiches, and wrapped them up as such. When I opened both, just paper. No food. Absolutely ridiculous. Trash. Will never order from this location again. Picture attached of the “snack size.”

Nice little sub spot! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was pricey, but worth the wait and considerable with the position of the economy. Food is genuine in comparison to most fast food in Fort Wayne, prepared on what looks to be a flat top grill. Well done Penn Station!

Staff was incredibly rude and the general manager was not wearing a hat to keep her hair off the food nor was she wearing a glove on both hands even though she was touching the food.

Ordered a “medium ” sub through Uber eats. It’s smaller than my hand and you can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Never again.

Zero stars. Ordered and paid for items twice online directly through Penn Station and did not receive them because they were out of stock. Offered no refund because employees say they don’t have the ability to do so.

My first time visiting a Penn Station was great. The employees were helpful with offering suggestions and they were very friendly. The sandwich was delicious and filling would definitely suggest this place for a quick lunch or dinner.
