Went here for years and loved it, though it’s either amazing or bad. Today I got the mushroom artichoke sub, and there was some stray ham in it. I shouldn’t have to explain cross contamination in general but on top of that I’m jewish, can’t have pork of any kind. Probably won’t go back, that’s a new level of carelessness.

Girl taking orders seemed to rush me to place my order while looking at the menu when I 1st walked in, the proceeded to finish her long text message response knowing I was ready to place my order. Very off putting and rude. Still awaiting food 15 minutes later and fries have been done for 10 minutes of it. Hopefully food will all be hot. will update if food is poor.

If there was a clean table, i wouldn’t have to sit here, the place is very dirty, even the credit card machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Pretty sad seeing how we are in the middle of an epidemic. I mentioned to the staff that every take was dirty and they didn’t seem to care.

This location has gotten worse and worse. This time my wife went and picked up the order. My large fry was really just a medium fry poured in a large container. And they forgot her sandwich. So we tried to call, and guess what, the phone number is no good. Said the line is no longer in service. So had to drive all the way back to the store, and they were rude like it was her fault that they put only one sandwich in an order with 2 sandwiches. This location has had trouble with bad employees for awhile. The last time I went in, 5 of the 6 employees working had earbuds in, including the one taking my order that has to keep saying “what” because they were obviously listening to something.
