It was our first visit to a Penn Station before and the experience was phenomenal! Thomas and Zach (sp?) were both very helpful and courteous while we chose our subs. Thomas made an excellent suggestion on the cheese steak and both my wife and daughter got subs that they loved!

Pricey east coast sub. The regular is a decent size and their fries are pretty good. We dined in this time. Why are all the table tops sticky? The restrooms were clean, but the drink station needed a little attention. I’ll go back to try again. The turkey avocado sandwich was tasty. Our group also tried the Italian and had no complaints.

I love Penn Station however the last 5 times I have walked in and walked right back out. There is an older dark headed lady that works there and every time I’ve went in she has been wearing gloves taking orders, touching money and cooking with those same gloves. I don’t know how many orders before she has had those gloves on and I sure don’t want someone prepping my food with dirty gloves or hands. It’s disgusting and someone in higher management needs to be teaching people to change gloves often and proper hand hygiene. This is just asking to get someone sick.

Fiance and I went yesterday. Kinda busy, but too bad. We order, sit, and wait. They bring us HALF of our order. We wait. They hand out everyone else’s orders, still not ours. So, we go to say something. We’re waiting for the other sandwich, and fries. She just went “oh”. Took them awhile, but after 20 mins, we finally got everything. Her sandwich had the wrong bread though. We didn’t bother to say anything else. I’ve been in fast food for Decades. I understand mistakes happen. But not ONE “I’m sorry. Oh wow, we screwed up, etc”. Just “oh”, and had to ask her manager…. Wow… I’ll think twice before going there.

We were really looking forward to this being good! The Lemonade was Amazing! Fries were not fresh and sandwiches were nothing special, saved by the bread which was best part!

Walked in, open sign was off, main worker sighed loudly as if I was a chore twice after answering his simple question. I politely walked out. What a smart mouth.

I haven’t checked out Penn Station in quite a long time, so I decided to give them a try Friday night and ordered online. I set a pick-up time to be ready in an hour for three sandwiches and three orders of fries.
