The young people that work here are nice but there is no one managing them. When we arrived there were 4 employees doing nothing and every table and the drink station all needed to be cleaned. This has been the case every time we have been here in the last 6 months or so.

The food was amazing and id definitely go there again. I ended up having to come here instead of the one on west main because they weren’t taking mobile orders due to short staff. Which is understandable, but thankfully the staff here was friendly and attentive and served me one of the best subs I’ve had in a while. Bonus points because they had the vinegar to put on your fries lol.

The food is excellent but a little pricey. I usually use a coupon which are usually anywhere online or if you sign up for their rewards. I’ve never had a problem using my coupons you just gotta show it to them

Had an online order. When I went to pick-up was completely ignored by the staff. Waited patiently to be assisted. Another customer walked in and was assisted immediately. I informed them I was waiting as well and was ignored again. Stood there waiting and when he decided to address me I asked for a refund.

Their business hours are incorrect or they’re closing early. Drove here for dinner and it isn’t open. A person should be able to trust open hours for a business, or customers lose faith in the company.

I always go early to pick up food so its as fresh as possible. My sandwhich was suppose to be done 10 minutes after I got there and it was already done waiting for me when I arrived getting cold. I paid for extra chicken, I didn’t get it. I wish I could post the photo I took of my sandwich on this review so everyone else could laugh with me about the amount of chicken I actually got. I don’t know if all penn stations are shorting their customers what they paid for or if it was just this specific store but I’ll drive farther to avoid this location in the future.
