We visited around lunch hour, the Staff looked overwhelmed and it was very hot in there. Despite being very busy staff was friendly and helpful. Subs and fries were delicious. The dining area and bathrooms were a bit on the dirtier side, I’m assuming this was due to be understaffed.

Still here waiting for my to go order that I was told was being made 3 times, until I confirmed with another employee that they hadn’t started it. All the while I have seen at least 10 people come in and order and get their food. Half have eaten and left. It’s not fair when someone tries to plan ahead and can’t even do that. Absolutely terrible. I put this on the head of the restaurant for understaffing.

I just tried the cheesesteak sub. I ordered it with sautéed onions and cheese. It was really tasty. The meat wasn’t dried out, like I’ve found other places, and it was seasoned well. I really like the bread they use as well. I ordered over the phone and my food was hot and ready when I arrived. I will order extra meat next time because for $9 it seemed a little light but good all the same.

The overweight man in the red shirt was training someone when I came in & he was literally being so rude to him in front of me, so I can’t imagine how he treats him when no one else is around. He does not need to be any type of authority to anyone, that’s for sure. I wish there was a different location because I feel bad supporting a business who is so horrid to the employees.

This is the best sub place in town. Not enough people know about it which is mind blowing to me. I recommend getting the amazing cheesesteak on your first visit then the classic Italian, after that you won’t get a sub anywhere also (another pro tip, get your sandwich on the grill always is soooo mouth watering!)
