i love pennstation but some of the people are very rude. guy in the beanie kept interrupting while i was ordering and the girl who was working handed my husband his food while not saying anything or even cracking a smile. snatched the money from my hands and was just overall very rude. food was okay didn’t love the experience.

This was such a disappointment. It cost over thirty bucks for two sandwiches and hours old ends of French fries that were unfinishable. The sandwich was supposed to be cold and it was hot. And then when we exchanged it to ask what we ordered, we were still given a hot, old sandwich.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, good service, decent food. Happy to find a decent warm sandwich place when looking for lunch near this location. The fries were pretty good as well. During my visit, only a couple other customers came in and picked up their orders, so it was nice and quiet. The person making my food was friendly and provided good service.

Gave us the wrong food. So I had to go Back and exchange food and by that time my husband’s food was now cold. They did not make him a fresh sandwich. They did not even offer a discount or anything..and it was cold with bad weather. You would think they would take care of their customers better. First time and last time going there.

Everything was cool until I saw the chick palming my fries while putting them in the bag. I asked if they had gloves to handle people food like that and girl responded no as she continued to have her hands on my fries. I threw them out! The ones left were overdone and nasty with an aftertaste! Anyway, say your blessing because who knows how they touch your food. Sandwich was ok.
