That was the best sandwich ever, the whole grain turkey provolone makes me wish we had one in every town. So fresh, healthy & tasty

Stopped here on a whim in Collinsville, IL when most places around here don’t let you dine in after certain hours. Staff was super nice and great service.

Just got off from a long day at the ER and the customer service was exceptional! Each team member was great in their own way, along with the store manager going above and beyond I’d go there every night if I needed to. Great service Marcus, Joshua and Aubrey are amazing

We walked in right about opening and the service was friendly and quick. They serve delicious lemonade, sweet tea. The fries were hot fresh and delicious!! There were 7 of us and the food came out so quick. We are on the road and were so hungry. It was nice to have a great meal. My stomach feels so happy. Great food! Great service. Get over there!! Yum!!

Stopped in today shortly before closing, most employees would have never given such excellent service!

Came in about 30 minutes before close. Staff seemed irritated to have guests in the lobby. After I placed my order the gal who needed to warm up the bread made a smart comment about kicking customers out. After hearing the comment and seeing the fries sitting in the warmer I decided to let them know I didn’t want to be a bother and left before paying or getting food. Sucks cuz I really wanted Penn station, but the staff seemed too worried about closing and getting out on time rather than providing quality customer service to the guests.

The Worst Restaurant
The service at this location is terrible. I only ordered one sandwich, and it took 25 minutes for them to make it (at other locations the same sandwich normally takes 5 minutes to make). The person working the register was very rude and sarcastic. In the bathroom, the wallpaper is falling off of the wall.

Worker making sandwich was only wearing one glove and she was touching food with her bare hands. When I alerted the manager, he said they were really busy with a lot of orders – and then went back to what he was doing. He never addressed the issue.
