I love firehouse normally. This might be the last time I order though because I don’t like to gamble with my money on whether or not I’ll get good food. As soon as i tried to pick up my sandwich, it fell apart since it seems they SOAKED my Italian in the dressing. They didn’t dress it, it was swimming. Totally ruined the entire sandwich. Normally this is my fav sandwich but I’m hesitant to return if they can’t make a decent sub. Not sure if it was a new employee. Otherwise, great service and hope they fix this issue. I won’t be eating the rest of this though and I don’t have time to go return. It’s inedible but I don’t know how much the picture can explain unless you see and feel the mush in person. Not happy when I barely get the chance to eat out

The fries were undercooked oily potatoes and they didn’t give me the cookies I ordered. When I called about the issue they were rude and said I had to come back in to get what they forgot. I live too far and it’s not worth it so I really just threw my money away there.

The young lady Ebony took our order seem like she did not want to be at work today. As we were finish, placing our order she trun around and started talking to her coworkers and started helping them cook however, I did not know if that was our meal they were fixing because it was another person in there. They squirted extra oil on our food . As long as I’ve been going there, I never got this bad service and horrible food. I threw it all in the trash after I made it home which was 14 min drive and spin $50

I order my food online & pick it up in maybe 15-20 mins, i get there and it’s still not ready. Someone was ordering right when i came in and got their food not even 10 mins later. u have childish teenagers or young adults working there, joking and laughing around. even heard two young females in the back arguing back n forth about some popcorn, like what ?? & when u ask how much longer it’ll b til u get ur food, the employees look @ u like ur crazy.

Today i guess the employees 2 of them didn’t want to work. The cashier and the young lady that make fries. Cashier on her cell phone at work presenting customer service didn’t even want to take the order. Had a attitude m. You ask the young lady to not put salt on my fries she rolled her eyes because she had already made salted fries sitting in the basket. I really dislike paying my money for bad service.
