As I sit here waiting for my food, with my soda with no ice, because the ice machine was out, not broke, out, the bar counter has sticky dried soda on it, a couple of the tables are covered in crumbs, and 2 kids (workers) are sitting at a table in the back on their phones… good customer service guys….

Very poor service. There were 3 employees in the back as we waited. When one came out to serve us the music was so loud and distracting (with unacceptable language) we could not hear the server. The girl cooking was wearing pj pants. A pair of shoes were in the back of the dining room on the floor, and Starbucks cups were on a dirty table. The center high table had open food and coats on it. We were the only people in the place that did not work there. Sad!!

Ordered online for lunch a few times from here. They’re pretty slammed during lunch as you would expect, so I recommend getting your order half an hour before lunch time. Their philly cheesteaks always hits the spot, and they’re generous with their fries. If you have the patience for a grilled sub, this might be worth your time.
