Absolutely horrible establishment. Filthy. Broken urinal and the restroom itself was unstocked and disgusting. The food quality was poor. Staff was unprofessional in customer service and appearance. Absolutely done with Penn Station.

Worst experience ever! The employees completely ignored me when I walked in. I stood there for several minutes without them even acknowledging me. So I asked if they could just hand me my sandwich I ordered online and they got very upset. One employee actually told me to “get the **** out”

The place had only two customers, myself and one other (for part of the time). I was there for approximately 25 minutes. There were three employees. The only male employee was laid out sleeping in one of the back booths with his feet blocking the aisle to the restrooms. He was sleeping the entire time I was there. One female employee sat in a booth on her phone unless she was serving myself or the other customer. I mention this not because I think there’s anything wrong with employees taking a break but because the place was really filthy and there was plenty of cleaning that could be done. The third employee (female and the only African American) was working the entire time, either serving customers or cleaning. Her fellow employees should take note of her work ethic. As for the food, the BLT was ok except the lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were mushy. The fries were great as always.
