Fair prices and decent portions of course the people are super friendly. But I have them three stars because not enough condiment options. If your gonna rep “Pennsylvania Barbecue than that sets quite an expectation. Therefore they should at least have three different kinds of BBQ sauces available. They only had one kind. Step up that option and it’s a 5 star place.

I cannot believe that food that amazing was at my table so fast. I have been to barbecue places all over the country, including Tennessee and Georgia, but I have never had barbecue this amazing. It was the homiest restaurant I have ever been in. The decor is beautiful. The employees were wonderful, and I wish I would have known about this place sooner. If you haven’t eaten here, you definitely should. The pulled pork is better than homemade.

Clean place, friendly service, but the food just wasn’t great. The BBQ was fine… pulled pork sandwiches were okay, but nothing to write home about. Mac and cheese seemed like it was likely made with canned nacho cheese (which none of my kids would eat). The fries and onion rings were decent… but that’s not the reason you go to a BBQ joint. I really wanted it to be nicer, and I feel bad leaving a poor review on a small local business, but I can’t recommend going there, just on the basis of the meal that my family had.

I really want to like this place. Prices are mostly reasonable, locally owned. I keep coming back for the fried okra. The pulled pork always seems dry to me. I think it’s because there’s too much bread for the meat you get. Decided to splurge on the beef brisket today. Got it to go.

Very good, large portions, reasonable prices. Beautiful rustic atmosphere. Outside dining was great. But was really looking forward to “loaded French fries” he sells on his food wagon. Not on the menu on location.

Excellent barbecue. I have been to a few barbecue places in the area. This one was one of the best. It’s as close to a deep south barbecue you can find in PA. The sauce is more local than southern, but the atmosphere is very similar. Good people. Good food.

We absolutely love this place. The food is amazing and the portions are incredible! It’s not right in town, which we love, and the restaurant itself is really pretty and comfortable. The only down side, is the hours are a bit shorter than most restaurants, so we don’t get to visit as much as we would like.

Ribs were good but they put the brisket in a small cup was bad and dry even with all the bbq,says they put on it and it was alot the chicken was dry but the skin was not crispy at all very soggy. I was told not very good now I see why.
