I am on a local bar tour while I am doing work in Nazareth. This is a top notch dive with tons of character, great food, decent beer, great prices, and sadly smoke. The food is great though. The wings were super interesting. They flash fry them, then theynseason them, then they finish them on the grill. I wasn’t sure how it would be, but it was super good. It really cooks off some of the oil or grease and makes the flavor pop without the normal mess. I really liked them. I have had grilled wings at the Chicken Lounge before and struggle with the texture. These on the other hand were perfectly done.

Say what you will. I love this place. It’s the kind of place us degenerates go and belong. Don’t bring your suit and tie here unless you have tattoos underneath. Beer is cold. Food is surprisingly good. That’s all you need.

The Pennsylvania Roadhouse is a nice bar with good food but it has its problems. The building is an older rustic building with a fireplace and nice rustic atmosphere. The food is top-notch the best wings in the state. When they try to use this place as a concert hall that was the best idea that they had and I wish they would have continued with it. When they were trying to run this place as a strip bar is when they ran into trouble. The biggest problem is the clientele during the day and keeping these people there for years is keeping them from earning new money. Renting rooms on top of the place or even a derelict trailer behind the place with no electric is no way to generate money but is a way to generate problems. This place is not a biker bar anymore and it’s time to bring in a younger crowd to start something better.
