First of all you got Our order wrong. You admitted to the mistake but then you want to charge us a service fee for delivering the food that you got wrong in the first place. That is terrible management like I said that is terrible management. Now your drivers will have to pay for it because they will not get a tip from now on because you want to charge me a service fee for your mistake. I don’t see how you can screw up an order and then want to charge me for getting it right.

Horrible place…. The people that work there are rude and make you wait longer then what they tell you for your order. I ordered food to pick up was told 15 min, i get there on time and found out they never started cooking my order. I asked how come and one of the girls got smart saying “your order is not the only order we got” i told her then i should have never been told it will be ready in 15 min she tell me oh well. I even notice they are dirty. They dont sweep the floors and wiped down counter tops with dirty rags. I’ll never eat from there again.

So far we’ve had fried shrimp fries onion rings and pizza all very good.The only thing I’d change is to put onion rings in a bag like fries to keep them crispy. Prices reasonable and food was delivered fresh.
