I order from this place all the time and I don’t know why. The female owner is completely nasty when taking an order over the phone as if people who are buying from her business and putting hard earned money into her pockets are inconveniencing her! I’m good on ever ordering from there again. GRASSOS has way better food and way better customer service! Bye-bye, Penora’s!

Twice in couple weeks they can’t the order right they use to be good they been getting real bad at doing the orders the way the order is put in they have no idea what on the side means and they put mushrooms on pizza when you ask for onions I ordered roast beef in white bread with gravey asked for the fries on the side didn’t want gravy on them the were covered with gravy by the time I got home because they don’t know what on the side means and the beef is very tough and the gravy looks and taste like dog food

The owner is nasty, she never takes the order correctly and my order is always wrong, when u call and complain they try to help but when they tell the owner she calls you back and argues with you calling you a liar. This has happened multipack times. The delivery people are great and pleasant. The food quality is descent to good, but the owner ruins the whole experience. They would be better off if she stayed away from the business.

I gotta tell you, im a new customer and was skeptical of trying anything other than Picassos, but you can’t beat 13 bucks for a HUGE turkey club. I am super satisfied with not only the service, but the delicious BACON! I got this delivered and the driver was super nice in these trying times with gas prices. Today I was a new customer, tomorrow I’ll be a regular! Thanks PENORAS!
