This is the worst airport restaurant I have ever set foot on. The only good thing was they had 30A best beer in the area from the local brewery. My server Joe was not friendly and had a frown the whole time. The food is a joke and the ambiance is just chaotic. You need to play some music and train your staff on customer service, I understand Restaurants can be busy or may be having a bad day. But this really destroyed my mood after expending such a fabulous time in the Pensacola area.

I was at the airport 3-26-23 to send my 17-year-old grandson home after spring break and accompanied him to his gate at the airport. We were early and hungry and wanted to sit and eat and talk before he left. We both ordered the breakfast bowls which were very tasty and my grandson said the sweet tea was the best he had during his visit. Thanks to Dris for the great service even though they were extremely busy that day. Prices were reasonable. 10 thumbs up.

The restaurant had a total of 6 patrons, 3 of which were in my group. They had ample seating. We sat down to order drinks and asked about the menu. Not being impressed my the size of the meals vs. price, we decided to stick with drinks. We were told the bar didn’t open for two hours, to which we decided not to get anything. The waitress felt the need to get a manager to come rudely tell us that we had to order food in order to sit at the table, instead of explaining it herself. Not really upset that we had to move (even though they weren’tin need of the space), it was the attitude of that the demand was given. She acted like we were giving the waitress a hard time, but as soon as I said that we probably weren’t going to order anything, we had this unprofessional interaction. If we were simply informed that we needed to order to sit there, they probably would have gained our business. Instead they decided to shoo 3 potential customers away. This whole interaction took less than 5 minutes.

Okay so whenever I’m passing through the airport I always stop and get a bite to eat here and 9/10 it’s always so good! I typically get the grouper bites and the wings. The fish taste so fresh and the fries are amazing! The last time I went they made the wings differently they were extremely breaded and tasted awful so that’s the only bad experience I’ve had out of the six different times I’ve eaten here!

We are flying to Denver so we looked online and seen that we could eat at Pensacola Beach house before our flight. We get there at 7 55 and they tell us they are closed. We ask why when the website says they are open until last flight they say it was a busy day and they are closing early. So we go across to the market and buy snacks and waters. The water is hot so I go back to Beach house and ask if I can just get some ice. They can’t give me a cup with ice because they can’t send a cup out unless it has alcohol??? They can’t let me buy a cup because they are closed.
