Two of our family members are gluten free, so a place like this is a dream! We tried a variety of sweet & savory waffles, and all of them were amazing! The Benny was perfect, so I’d probably recommend that one the most. The sweet waffle flight gives you a good taste of each of the best sweet waffles, but it’s a small amount of food, so I recommend ordering a side to go with it. I got a side of eggs with mine, and it was great!!

This place is so good!! I love that everything was gluten free and there was actually a lot of options. We got the sweet flight which had: carrot cake, cinnamon brown sugar, strawberry ruebarb, and blueberry lemon. We also got the eggs bennedict. Everything is on waffles and very delicious.

Update: I was recently visiting Spokane again and made sure to take another trip to People’s waffle since I had loved it on my previous trip. Unfortunately, this experience was completely opposite of my first. The wait time for our party was long so we chose to get take away instead, which was encouraged by the hostesses in the restaurant. It still took over two hours to get our food, even after being told it would be ready in 20 minutes, then another 30 minutes, and then no more updates just that they were running behind. Multiple meals we had ordered ended up being cancelled because they had run out of ingredients. I understand that many restaurants are understaffed and struggling right now, however, this was just overall so awful that I don’t think I can ever return.

Very limited seatings and small interior. However waffle was delicious and instagram worthy. I preferred the blueberry one over the strawberry.
