Ordered a pizza and salad for pick up on 11/4/22…Salad on the menu and the website was $19.00; I was charged $23.15. Pizza on the menu and website was $20.00. I was charged $25.00. I questioned the person behind the counter and she said “that’s the price.” Pizza was good but I will not order again. Either change your menu prices or honor what it printed. Is that too much to ask?? Tax on $39 bill is not $9.15!!!!

Beware of menu pricing!! My $18.00 2 topping carry-out pizza ended up costing $22.70 before tax and they skimped on the toppings. I realize costs on everything are going up, but a 25% increase is not even close to the current inflation rate. Please be upfront and update your menu pricing.

First time eating here tonight and Ordered lasagna. Extremely disappointed. The sauce is directly out of a can – tastes exactly like Ragu, no meat in it, no onions, no mushrooms – just plain old tomato sauce. Sorry guys for the poor review but you really should be making your sauce in house – the food quality would be 10Xs better. I won’t be returning to this restaurant solely based on the canned sauce I received. I’ve had frozen lasagna meals from the grocery store that tasted better.

Ordered a cheese pizza, bbq sandwich & breaded mushrooms. When I got there they said 10 more minutes on the mushrooms: sandwich while the pizza sat in the warmer. I sat there about 20 minutes total, by this time the cheese had melted to the cardboard. This was so disappointing cause usually the pizza is good & they have the timing down but this was not the case yesterday. Ordered early like 5:15 so no excuse!

Very bad service. I walked up to the counter to claim the pizza I had ordered for takeout, while I was speaking with the lady at the counter, my 3 year old mistakenly wandered behind the counter and into the kitchen. Without any warning, Tony (the owner) kicked my daughter right in the gut. The kick was so powerful that it sent my daughter sliding through the kitchen door back into the lobby where she slammed into the glass wall and broke 2 ribs. Very frustrating. Do not go to pepinos, tony is a kicker.
