We have gone there for a while, the food is good but every time we get the bill its always more than what we kept track of. This last time we asked for an itemized receipt and we got the run around. Our bill as we kept track of the menu price would have been around $28.00. He gave us bill for almost $36.00. When we questioned it, his explanation didn’t make sense. We didn’t leave a tip since he gave himself a large tip. Wont go there anymore. If you eat there keep track of the prices and get an itemized bill.

Pepitas has the most delicious home style Mexican food. Their Mexican hot chocolate and huevos a la mexicana are the best in the west!!! Just love it. It is a small but very cozy and friendly place to have a good hot meal.

First time eating here and definitely not the last. Started with tortilla chips topped with fresh refried beans. Like Fresh fresh. Couldn’t stop eating them. The salsa also was amazing. I forgot I had came for Menudo because the beans, chips and salsa were so good. The menudo was also delicious and came in a good portion with all the fixings on the side. The people are also very kind. It’s a great establishment and would highly recommend.

The owner of this restaurant is always friendly, he goes about and beyond when it come to greeting you, He serves delicious traditional menudo on weekends, is one of the best menudos. also if you love coffee and concha, the Mexican sweet bread and a cup of coffee, just visit him he opens at 8am, sittings are available outside .

Just an absolute classic Ma and paw Mexican Cafe everything is made in-house from scratch the sauce I had with the role tacos one day and the huevos Rancheros on another oh, just great looking forward to getting back. The owner is kind gentleman and his main waitress and hostess daughter is very kind and special. Charming to say the least.
