I came with one other person. There was a person in line ahead of us. My company had his made before the man in front of us so his food sat till after nine was made. The only worker helping at the time we walked in was talking with a friend in the lobby. After all 3 persons food was made 2 more workers came to ring everyone out. Lobby dirty while this lady is still taking to her guest. Customer service is lacking but that seems to be the standard anymore. Shameful really. Ps. The manager lady with blue hair is terrible. Definitely needs better management. I could hear her telling her friend that” it’s Lee Summit their going to complain anyway “

It’s rare I go into a fast-food restaurant and encounter a staff as engaged and as friendly as I just experienced at this location. I found it to be a very refreshing change of pace, and the food was as good as I had anticipated. I’ll definitely make a point to visit here again.

I used to love coming here often but with inflation all their prices are about 10-20% more for equivalent food at another fast food place. I don’t even get the fries anymore since the sandwich is over $10 by itself not to mention over $2 to $3 just for a drink. The service has also somewhat slowed down if there are others in front of you which isn’t often due to it not having many customers.

PHENOMENAL customer service, PHENOMENAL food, OUTSTANDING cleanliness and organization. I got a rice bowl, my wife got a salad bowl. At first I thought it was another place similar to chipotle. But the level of flavor and serving size is sensational and outstanding compared to firebirds/chipotle. If this place is open, this is a great place to stop by.
