It was my first time eating here, but I’d heard good things. I ordered online and the process was a little annoying so when I picked it up and my order was wrong I was a little irritated. I went back expecting an argument, but the young man running the cash register helped me out. He was very pleasant and apologetic. He made sure my sandwich came out correct and fast. I wish I had caught his name but he was amazing. Good customer service is hard to find these days and he definitely kept my business.

Victoria was amazing! She had excellent customer service skills, and made me feel very welcome in the store. I will definitely be coming back. The food was incredible as well, you can see the areas where it is cooked, and it is pretty obvious that it is maintained well. In addition, I like that instead of having fries sit forever, they are made to order so they are fresh. Will definitely be coming back.

Everyone working today at noon deserves a raise! The food was amazing and the staff had great customer service. From ordering to receiving our food was fast and efficient. It’s such a refreshing feeling to go somewhere that still values customer service! It’s so hard to find that now days.

I didn’t order anything but rather was picking up a doordash order and just wanted to comment on how clean the store was and how friendly the staff was. The person behind the counter said their name was Victoria and double checked the order I was picking up and added something that would have otherwise been overlooked. It’s nice to be able to say nice things about people in the service industry and Victoria proved that it’s not so difficult, just was a very friendly and helpful encounter over all!!

Been coming here since they opened. They’ve never been able to scan the rewards club. Portions seem to have gotten smaller, and staff was very chatty today (almost offensive in their talk about the pandemic). Ordered a side of guacamole and chips for $2.89, and was appalled to get a small sauce cup, not even filled, for that price! Chips were another $3, nothing special, stale, cold and pre-bagged. Ah well… we’ll know for next time!
