The service at this location is amazing EVERYTIME I visit the atmosphere is so positive food always fresh and delicious!! I came in today and the GM was training 2 employees. A coworker of mine had a terrible experience here a few days ago. She left a very respectful review, and has been met with no help. The restaurant responded by telling her to contact the manager that disrespected her in the first place. Not only that, but there are now obviously fake reviews contradicting hers that were put up directly after hers. If this is how they handle situations instead of actually addressing the problem and apologizing, that’s very disappointing. The food was alright, the fries were cold. But more than that is the lack of professionalism and decency in this situation.

We were there last on August 1. Not only was an open discussion/argument between 2 workers. After discussing loudly for all to hear one person went home. The workers proceeded to talk loudly about the employee that had left it was rude. Not one table was washed off properly. Sticky food left. The floor was sticky everywhere. Poor employees.

The current general manager at this location is incredibly rude, and they served cold, mushy fries. Definitely will not be back to this location until the GM issue is addressed. Cussing at and verbally abusing customers is never OK.
