Amazing place!! Food was done fast and with efficiency!!! There was a line of people and one person working…he did amazing at making sure each customer was addressed, before they were ordering! He was quick and got the line down fast!! Amazing work for a single worker to handle! Food was amazing and def coming back…this was our first time here and will not be the last. The gentleman working behind the counter was engaging with customers, friendly, efficient in preparing the meals, and more. Amazed at how hard he was working and how good the food was!! Excellent choice!!

Mike, general manager, was running the register and he was awesome and was doing amazing leading the rest of the team. Nachos and philly sandwich were both great, restaurant was clean and service was fast even though they were busy. Great, adorable place to stop for lunch between shopping!

I own a restaurant in the area and have been in the business for several decades so I’ve got a good feel for when a place is operating at a high level. Consistently I don’t know but yesterday was excellent. To me, PepperJax had a nice niche with alternative-looking people (tats, gauges, piercings) with great attitudes, fun banter (“We’ve got a Gunner!” “Fireball!”) and great sandwiches. Some of the magic got lost as the company expanded over the years. Been there myself. When you realize there are a lot of places providing food, but very few an experience, that’s when you’re cooking. Consistency is key though.
