The service was pretty good, kind of gloomy in the restaurant itself. When the gentleman was making my food, the tubs that hold the mushrooms jalapenos and green peppers must not have been washed for awhile. The tub that holds the green peppers had brown dried out thin pepper shavings stuck to the side of the canister. Looks like they just refill it when it gets empty and long periods between washing. Same with the mushrooms and the jalapenos. Not very appealing.

Got delivery last night and it was perfect. The burrito is the size of my forearm (which is a great thing- plenty of food for the price) and they load on the veggies, which I appreciate.

I ordered a protein bowl and it came with a whole core of the lettuce and the meat was not even chopped up. It was just like one big slab of meat. There was a couple other pieces of lettuce besides that big core it was it was horrible and we paid $27 for this and a steak Philly not worth the money.

We love the food. A few minor issues- the pop machine has been out for over a month. You have to wait in line for a refill. The hand dryer in the ladies bathroom doesn’t always work. One of the workers checking people out stood around talking instead of working.

The restaurant is clean and the food was prepared well. And there were some details missing like a broken ice machine, flat pop, and slight undercooking of the fries. The workers were nice and provided ice from the drive through machine.

Pepper Jacks isn’t as good as it used to be… the workers are never doing anything and there’s never ever the same workers at the Bellevue location. You can tell the workers don’t want to be there. They put the bare minimum toppings on our rice bowl. The beans looked gross and there was barely any beans left. Bean also had other food mixed in with the beans. There was no ice in the pop machine and the pop wasn’t fizzy it was flat. By the time I left I was questioning the food and if it was even safe to eat.
