I wish I could give no stars the worst service called an hour ahead! Didn’t even come for an hour and a half probably one of the first orders. Kept calling the “manager” was super rude didn’t even apologize as I work at a school in Grafton and I have a specific time for lunch. No reason to speak over someone and to add the rudeness didn’t even get an apology! Awful I didn’t even get my food to review how it tasted but I bet it was awful anyways as it was only .8 of a mile! Need to learn manners as you are in customer service!

I ordered the 2 l of orange soda with my food. It did not show up but the delivery driver was so cool that he actually gave me a 20 oz Coke out of his own car to compensate and to that I have all the respect

This place seems to mess up something about our order almost every time. They’re also constantly raising their prices and don’t have an accurate menu posted anywhere that I could find. Today, a large two topping pizza was over $17, and we only ended up with one topping on it. After giving them more than enough chances, I’ll never order another pizza here. The one topping pizza we got for our $17 was very poor quality as well, so even if it had been what we ordered it was still sub par.

Called in an order 25 minutes in advance. Arrived on time to be told that they never received the call. When we placed the order for the second time, they realized that we actually had called and that the original order got “stuck” in the printer. No apologies made. We waited in the parking lot, as it took 25-30 minutes for them to make the pizzas (no offer of free delivery, or any mea culpa item, despite their error). We checked them, before we took them home, thankfully. For one of the pizzas, we had requested ricotta instead of feta – no ricotta was discernible, but they claimed it was there in addition to the feta that was requested to be removed. This same pizza was supposed to come with zucchini, which they were out of, so they subbed with cucumber- yes, you read that right, they thought hot cucumber was a reasonable pizza topping/substitution. Lastly, if you list eggplant as a topping, have the decency to indicate that you bread and fry it so that those who take their vegetables seriously would know to avoid it. Truly, don’t waste your time or money.

This was quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in Worcester county. They used really awful cheese that is completely Frozen, not a great start. The sauce they use is absolutely terrible it has zero flavor. I honestly don’t know how this place can stay open I can’t imagine someone ever repeating an order here. I hate to trash the place but don’t waste your money like I just did.

The first few times it was good,now the last 2orders have been wrong and not large enough to mess up. Wanted sub not toasted, they toasted. Wanted Hamburg mushroom pizza,got sausage and mushroom. Not happy with the skyrocketing prices I should get what I order. Will not be ordering from here again.

My family is visiting so Brother In Law and I went there and got 4 items (small tuna grinder, cheeseburger, chicken cordon bleu wrap and The Buffalo). I admit I was pretty hungry so I tore The Buffalo up. My family also enjoyed their sandwiches. My sister is picky and if she had no complaints I consider that a thumbs up. Owner very nice. Will definitely go back.

First and foremost this location is using the old menu from Lakeview pizza, that’s a huge fail. 2nd the onion rings arrive in plastic and aluminum foil making them gross and soggy , the pizza was under cooked and the meat tasted as if it was turning . I will be following up by filing a report USDA hotline & Food safety.gov

Normally I am very happy with this restaurant and their service. Tonight I am very dissatisfied. I placed an online order for delivery just before 7:30pm, a simple order of a Thanksgiving panini and a kids spaghetti and meatballs. After an hour, I called to see where it was and was told it had already left the building. I live 7 mins from this restaurant and after calling to check the status, it was yet another half hour before the guy finally showed up, with my cold food and a bad attitude.

Really frustrated. This is the second or third time I’ve gone to get a quick sandwich 20 minutes before closing and no one is there. If you are going to change your hours, do it. Website, Google and sign on the door all say open until 10pm. Really tough for me to keep supporting local when this happens.
