Food and price points are normally great. However Google and their website both list them as open. Drove here to find they changed their hours without posting. Today is Tuesday, new hours are shown on the door showing closed yet they have the open sign displayed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to come to this place all the time until recently. Their pizza is literally RAW! I ordered a pizza and cheese bread sticks for takeout and when I got home all I could see was dough. All the vegetables were falling off. I called them and explained the issue. They said they could remake it or give me store credit. I said to give me store credit for next time. After about two weeks I call to put in an order and use my store credit. The lady on the phone was VERY RUDE. She said my name for store credit was not in their “book.” But luckily I remembered the guys name from before who gave me store credit. She made a big scene by calling him and putting him on speaker phone (very unprofessional) asking if he remembers anything about a store credit for a doughey pizza and cheese breadsticks and he admitted that was correct. I was on the phone with her for about 15 minutes talking to her just to get my order in. She said some remark over the phone like “just making sure you actually have store credit or we’ll be giving away free pizza all the time.” It was almost as if she thought I was making this up. Anyway, my husband went to pick it up and we only received a pizza, no cheese breadsticks. The lady told my husband “she only had store credit for the pizza” when clearly I got store credit for my whole order and that’s what we were talking about when I initially called them. Anyway, when my husband got home *SURPRISE SURPRISE* the pizza was still not done!! It was literally raw pizza dough again! We ended up throwing it in the trash and it’s safe to say I will never be going there again. There’s pizza perfect down the road. See attached picture for my doughey pizza

Trey and Chris the managers of Pepperoni Express @ Lake Bowen and Lyman are great at keeping up customers happy! They are willing to go out of their way to make things right if you are not satisfied. We need more local businesses that are like this. Good food fast service and phenomenal customer service! BEST Pizza and wings in the upstate.

Disappointed to say the least. 50 bucks for ok meaty pizza. Didn’t have chicken for wings or pizza. Chocolate chip pizza was a undercooked pancake with no taste. I’ve had it before and it was awesome, but idk what happen.
