Went there for dinner. Picked a back corner and a group of 8 of the loudest guys with small guy beta energy sat next to me yelling about which of them could win in a fight against the others then proceeded to wrestle in the isles. The food was the same price as everywhere else. I ordered a philly and it was half as big as anywhere else you go and the vegs were raw on the side like a burger instead of cooked like a philly should be. 15 small fries on the side (I counted). $13 something for that. The server checked on me so he got a good tip but the restaurant itself was very mid.

Looked it up as a place to get food. It was close by, and I wanted something before I drove home. It’s more of a bar atmosphere than anything else. The server/bartender was very nice and timely with my order. The biggest negative came when I placed an order over the phone to be picked up. Got it, checked off, and started driving. Shortly after, I received a call telling me that my order was not available. The secondary option I went with (Chk sandwich meal) would get a rating of 6 outta 10.

I am part of a small group from Shanley Class of ‘65 that meets every other week to solve the world’s problems, reminisce about our youth and just laugh. Last night we were at Pepper’s. Everyone had an excellent meal (the Rueben wraps are amazing!). Louis, our server was personable and prompt. In addition, we could actually carry on a conversation and hear each other because of the dining room set up. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Used to be one of my favorites for the atmosphere is fun location is great but the food has gone down hill. I don’t know if it’s staff/ cook related but have not been happy the last 4-5 times I’ve eaten here. Would really like to see them turn it around for it use to be a great place to dine out.

I was pleasantly surprised by Pepper’s. It’s always been there and I haven’t really had the opportunity to try it. The food was incredible. The bar isn’t far off from any other bar in Fargo…boisterous regulars, popcorn on the floor, paper menus. I felt right at home. But the food was such a shock. It’s amazing. I can’t believe I’ve lived here for so long and nobody told me. Every sandwich at the table looked amazingly made and hefty. The wings were decently sized. The deep fried mushrooms were hand battered and fried–not slimy at all! The staff was friendly too. Our entire group had a good time.

We went here for lunch with the entire family. Upon arriving we asked about portion sizes of the chicken tenders and were reassured they were good size. So we ordered our food and beverages accordingly.

Sorry to say but the dining experience was terrible! I never leave bad reviews- this restaurant shouldn’t even be in business! Server was new- understandable- but never checked to see how the food was. Drinks were wrong. Not what we ordered. Food was small portions. Chicken wing were tough. Appetizers were very salty. Just bad. Wasted $75 on a horrible meal for 3. Super disappointed!!!

I usually don’t complain but, overcharging is on the menu. Small appetizer portion extreme price, plus overcharged for it. Said meat extra but nowhere on menu did it say that. Two appetizers & beer took 2 hours. Understaffed and they didn’t seem to care. Double check you bill before you pay. Very disappointing experience.
