The pizza is great. We usually get by the slice and it’s just killer. Just enough grease laid out on a flat crust, delish. I feel like they are always rushed behind the counter so the service is so so. Plus it’s in Aurora mall so, through no fault of their own, the atmosphere is not great. Killer slices on a quick in, quick out while shopping.

Ordered pasta with chicken parmesan. Poor quality meal… reheated frozen food. Food served in a take out aluminum container with plastic fork and knife. Container placed in a paper disposable plate used to serve pizza slice. Chicken cutlet placed on top of pasta instead of on the side. Cutting into it was awkward and messy. Asked about using the restroom said there was no restroom when there is for customers and kI had just bought a slice but if you get it to go I guess your not a customer. Pizza is still good just like back in the day but they have gotten very expensive used to be $2.00 for a slice now it’s almost $4 per slice . You can’t even get free water here and they charge 10 cents per parmesan and red pepper pack …. Regular fountain drinks $3.

I stopped by Peppinos Pizzeria. The have been here sense 1975 I believe. The Family that runs this Pizza Place does amazing Job. The Pizza are amazing . The place reminds me of Pizzerias of long ago at Lakeside and Westminster Mall days when we kids. I will definitely be back it is worth the car or train or bus ride. Absolutely trash food and the customer service is horrid. Place is run down and is located in a bad location in the mall. Goto other pizza places in the mall. Tried to call qnd locate the store qnd the GPS takes you to the food court. This garbage is located other aide of the mall. Employee told me “use Google for the location”. I did that and it takes you to the food court. Tried calling several times but instead had to run around the whole mall to locate it. Just garbage. Don’t go here.

Use to be my spot at the aurora mall. Food quality doesn’t seem the same & just a different vibe. Lady in the front told me to skip the line and pay since I got a slice to go. Well the lady at the cashier was giving me attitude because I went to the front and didn’t stay in line. Better communication is needed. Also, felt like I got a lecture for asking for an extra parm cheese packet. Which it was a total of two packets. Not like I was taking 10…
