Had to check out Percy after receiving several positive recommendations from friends. It did not disappoint, wow absolutely wonderful food in a very nice setting. Very well stocked bar and a great list of specialty drinks. I think the highlight of the night was the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Nice to actually have conversations with each one of the staff that stopped by the table. Definitely, we will be regulars here in the future. Perfect convenient location within walking distance to the heart of Down Town.

My husband and I have dined here twice since it has opened and both times we have been blown away by how delicious the food is. I have tried the sticky ribs and the organic chicken entree and both were absolutely phenomenal. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich both times and really loved it. I think the pricing accurately reflects the portion size and quality of food. I love the decor inside the restaurant. It feels very classy and timeless. The service is friendly. It’s probably my new favorite restaurant in Boise. Really, really excited to have this new spot in Boise. If you are someone who appreciates high quality food, you will love this spot. Be sure to make a reservation- it fills up early!

Very good food and service. The only reason for the 3.5 star is because, as a woman, I found the restroom experience very unerving. I have lived as a girl/woman my entire life and to be in a restroom where men are walking in right behind you and standing there when you open the stall door….pee on the toilet and floor….sharing sink space with you after you’ve relieved yourself….I’m sorry, just not an environment I feel good or safe in. Weird. If you took that aspect out of it it would be a 5 star.

Food was delicious. I’d love to try everything on the menu. Dishes were really tasteful but light so you’re not leaving feeling super full and gorged, which is ideal. Seating and atmosphere are great. They’ve decorated the place awesome. I think they were a bit over staffed because there were TONS of employees just milling around but it made for fast and attentive service so I can’t complain. Just felt a little crowded.

Since recently moving to Boise, we’ve really struggled to find a consistent mix of restaurants that we enjoy. Ironically, all of our favorites happen to be owned and operated by the Wylder Hospitality Group, which just opened Percy. This will undoubtedly be added to that list for our family.

Absolutely incredible service. Great food cooked very well with respect to the essence of ingredient. Incredible sticky ribs and short rib paperdelle pasta. Pasta cooked to perfection. Incredible chocolate bread pudding. Best bread pudding ever ( almost a souffle)

Beautiful Restaurant with great service. Second visit. Mediocre cheeseburger at best especially considering the price point. Fries were good, but my wife’s Brussel sprout salad was soggy and overdressed. Not sure I’ll come back a 3rd time.
