Kira the founder at Perfect Plate is the most caring and conscious person you will ever meet. She has created delicious meals that are healthy. She makes everything from scratch and has created her own recipes. I love all the her meals. If you either just need a healthy meal once in awhile, share with a friend that maybe needs a pick me up or do the meal plans, all are a great option that we are lucky to have in town. I bought several of these meals for my mom on Mother’s Day and she loved them. I needed to get back on track so I went back and got a weeks worth of lunches and dinners. The meals are very satisfying and considering I didn’t have to shop for ingredients or cook I have no excuses to get off track. Delicious, convenient, and healthy!
