Perfect Plate has been a real game changer for me on my fitness journey, and has far better service all around than any other of the many meal prep companies I’ve looked into. I don’t even need to cut gluten from my diet, but I still prefer Kira’s tasty meals over any other!…I save precious time and money not having to shop for ingredients, cook or clean up what it would take to make the meals myself. I don’t have to worry about the stress of planning meals either. I can use the handy nutrition label on the microwabable containers the meals come in to make sure I’m on track with my dietary needs, which saves my sanity with my busy lifestyle. I get a convenient weekly menu sent to me that I order a wide variety of meals from and pick up from the most convenient of the 3 locations for me at a time that works for me. It’s that simple! If I’m out and about and need a quick, affordable bite to eat, I can also pop into one of the establishments for an extra meal out of the fridge. That’s what I tell all my friends, family and coworkers to do when they ask me about what I’m eating:) Just go try it, you’ll love it! The food is always fresh, never frozen. Delicious seasoning and sauces with quality ingredients that is perfectly prepared for a sustainably healthy lifestyle that you can enjoy! This place might be “gluten free” but be careful if you have celiac disease. I have gotten gluten 2 times here and recently felt comfortable going back but today’s was eye opening.

I work downtown and love to go here for lunch. The paninis are so yummy! I love the variety they offer too, if I’m not in the mood for a sandwich I grab a meal from their fridge and warm it up for a quick easy lunch. Plus they have great pastries and great lattes too!

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in speaking about their menu and business. They were accommodating and kind. The food was fresh and tasty! The atmosphere was comfortable, quiet, and welcoming. Would recommend 🙂

It would be nice to be treated like a person who exists, but it’s apparently too much to ask for in this establishment. I was standing directly in front of the counter, with nobody else in line and was ignored. Then when someone else walked up behind me they were immediately acknowledged and rang up bypassing me. The food I was trying to buy looked good, but guess I’ll never know.

Similar experience as Chris. Called to see what they had in stock and was told “the items are online”. I had obviously checked that first and she said “check Facebook” and was very short with me. I was about to order a whole weeks worth for 3 people but ended up going elsewhere. If they don’t even have time to tell me what’s in the store, I’ll pass. (By the way I checked Facebook after the call and nothing had been posted in over a week). ♀️
